Microsoft: Microsoft based courses for new and frequent pc users. Our range of 51 Microsoft courses includes numerous related applications from beginner to expert level that even frequent pc users will require at least some training to grasp many of the more advanced features available.
Courses offered from beginner to expert level and range from 2007 to current in the following Microsoft programs:
Access, Excel, Groove, InfoPath, Lync, Microsoft 365 programs, OneNote, Outlook, Power Point, Project, Publisher, Share Point, Visio, Windows, Word
Media: A Professional digital filming workshop for business or personal skills development. On completion of this course one would be able to successfully Script, Shoot and Edit your own film from start to finish in these areas:
Corporate functions, Training Videos, Promotional Videos, Team Builds, Advertisements, Conferences, Functions and Music Videos.
Industry: Recommended by TETA as RPL centre for Seta Accredited unit standard for Transport and Industry Related Courses.
Occupational Health and Safety: (Spirometry, Apply Hiv/AIDs in the workplace, Basic First Aid,Treatment in the Workplace, Perform Basic Fire Fighting, Maintaining Occupational Health, Safety and general housekeeping)

Course delivery
Instructor Led Training will be provided in house or at a conference venue. All prices include learning material on cd, power point slides for easy reference as handouts.
Throughout the course participants are encouraged to share their own personal experiences and concerns through practical exercises and small group discussions.
Theoretical materials that are used cover the principles of communication as well as tools and techniques for use in the business environment.
Practical exercises will ensure that the knowledge gained is both transferred and instilled.

Course Assessments and Feedback
Course assessment forms are completed at the end of every course by participants.
Individual feedback reports to participants for some courses and an assessment report submitted to company as feedback for all other courses.
Certification
Certificates of completion/compliance/competence are issued for some courses and certificate of attendance are issued for all other workshops.
On-line training
Our material is on-line friendly to enable instructor led on-line training with the use of web based technology for our Microsoft courses facilitated by a Microsoft certified trainer.
Duration of Courses
Individual course duration range from 1 day to 5 days, with a 40 minute lunch break and a 15 minute morning and afternoon tea break. Please refer to specific courses to view the duration.
